RETURN POLICY
Our refund and return policy last 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund in the form of a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items for return / exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, below is a list of items that cannot be returned:
- Customized clothing and accessories
- Customized gift items
- Discounted items
- Clearance items
- Final Sales items
- Items outside of policy window
- Personal care items
To complete your return, we require you to email us. Emails must include full name, address item was sent to, and payment method used for purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an email with the details of your refund please email us so that we can look into the issue.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at Grace@gracyafricanapparel.com. Please include a picture of the issue.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost associated with the return of the item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. The shipping company will be responsible for delivering your package on the delivery date. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed date once it is in their possession.
